Jonathan Pan
Jon is co-founder and CEO of Exia Labs. He's currently a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University. He has led game and product teams at Fortune 10 companies like Meta, Amazon, and Walmart. He started off his career in gaming as a product manager at Riot Games. He also co-founded Ember, an esports team that competed in League of Legends.
Jon served in the U.S. Army from 2005 - 2010 with a deployment to Afghanistan. His writings on the military are published in Joint Forces Quarterly, Military Review, Infantry Magazine, and more. He graduated with a MBA from New York University and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Baruch College, CUNY.

Serj Kazar
Serj is co-founder and CTO of Exia Labs. Most recently, he was Principal Engineer, Machine Learning for League Studio, Riot Games. In that role, he served as Tech Lead of Machine Learning and Data for League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics. He has also previously worked on machine learning and data projects at Bird, Amazon, and Autodesk. He graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
